I will have to have a better look tomorrow. Just for when I am looking should there be a definite clearance between the piping and the light? Where are the other mounts for the headlight? Just quickly looking I could only see the one at the top.

If you look down behind the headlight, there should be clearance between the pipe and the light

It is definitely different to the other side. I rang up the ford salesman that sold me the car and the service guys are going to ring me tomorrow. I have decided to just get it fixed as it is really sh*tting me. Hopefully all goes well.

I noticed the other day that mine is exactly the same as yours and thought it was because the bumper had been ripped of to fit the Process West intercooler and the under battery air intake. Now iI know its ford quality control I'll take it back next qweek and they can fix it . A little more care in production would go a long way to enjoyable motoring and ownership

Rang them today but they hadn't started it yet they said that they will have a go tomorrow. It is a pain coz it is so far away I can't just go and check up on it. Hopefully it doesn't come back with more damage. Bit of a let down really as I have only had the car for two weeks and I haven't been able to enjoy it yet. Just hope I am happy with repair if it can even be fixed.........
