I applaud Ford for limiting production - it will certainly help a bit with resale value of the BF/BA without there being the usual amount of discounted cars flooding the market. Not sure if that was their intention or not, but it's a good thing.

and the off set of this will be an increase in demand leading to a more expensive selling price. Only good for some.

No they aren't. Rocker Cover is different shape and so is the coil cover.
