Great customer service!The new one is alot better, I think it was just the cups were abit thin on the old one that's why it warped in the heat.If you havent already conact miss aly. I just pulled it off, used some superglue, good as new. I like the these Pods, they sit really nice once you fiddle with it, way better than those ugly SS induction pods...
