The service boys may have heard it but known that it is normal and not thought to tell you that. In regards to the tyre pressures - did you check them before the service too?Fill the survey out truthfully, if you don't tell them, they won't change - trust me, dealerships are really clamping down on customer service these days

With the sound I only hear one clunk which seems to derive from the front driver’s side area of the engine bay & only occurs when driving off at low speed from when the car is initially started. After this I don't hear it again until the motor is switched off / restarted & same result – one clunk when driving off. I don't hear repetitive sounds as mentioned –5 or 6 times. With the tyre pressures I had checked them prior to the service as I regularly check them when filling up with fuel... I did notice though a pimple faced teen that was working at the service centre & he looked so green & unhappy –work experience kid maybe. I thought he may have been given the duty of checking tyre pressures when the variance of psi levels was determined...Also I was never clearly explained what was done on my 3000km service only that it was done... I also had a nail in one tyre which when advised to the mechanic on arrival he looked as though the world was going to end & life would cease to exist. Luckily it wasn’t a nail but a small metal object that didn’t totally pierce the tyre. Note: I’ll fill the survey form out & maybe they will supply me with the report on what was done to my car...Cheers!!
