groper Member 611 Member For: 17y 10m Posted 27/02/08 06:09 AM Share Posted 27/02/08 06:09 AM dont put c16 in your xr6t ffs...use an unleaded race fuel like martinis turbo 1400 or elf etc both rated at 110ron+ with added oxygen.or just mix up your own like I do, its cheaper.try 30% toluene (120ron) or xylene (xylene is marginally better at 122ron but its dearer)with 65% BP100 and 5% nitromethane for the oxygen. its works out at less than half the cost of buying pre made stuff.its only worth doin if the car is tuned with race fuel, forget it otherwise.With a good tune, you will see an extra 30-50rwkw with the added timing and ~3psi more boost (which is safer to do coz of the knock resistance of the fuel)comon dave, I need another tune with my new brew...
