You will get some decent gains out of it, by way increased timing and/or boost.. but the car has to be tuned to suit, you should also remove the cat or you will stuff the one you have on there and buy a new 02 sensor/s after you have used it.

bondy,

Have a white/silver vl on the dyno with C16 at TMS here in town . 98octane was around 440rwhp (dont quote me, a 10sec street car none the less) and with the C16 tuning was stopped at 520rwhp odd as he didn't have a 2 bar sensor at the time.

The 3 speed and big stall didn't like it but it was F ucking fun to watch.

Plugs were rooted pretty quick though and changed twice.

either way I'm sure Dave can tune it for you.

dont put c16 in your xr6t ffs...

use an unleaded race fuel like martinis turbo 1400 or elf etc both rated at 110ron+ with added oxygen.

or just mix up your own like I do, its cheaper.

try 30% toluene (120ron) or xylene (xylene is marginally better at 122ron but its dearer)

with 65% BP100 and 5% nitromethane for the oxygen. its works out at less than half the cost of buying pre made stuff.

its only worth doin if the car is tuned with race fuel, forget it otherwise.

With a good tune, you will see an extra 30-50rwkw with the added timing and ~3psi more boost (which is safer to do coz of the knock resistance of the fuel)

comon dave, I need another tune with my new brew...
