I have read many posts on this matter......

Could someone please explain the differences/advantages/disadvantages, between the two.

I have heard that they have different pickups on the pumps? Could this be the source of the below 1/4 tank problems?

What are the differences in the fitting?

What is the difference in cost?

Could this topic when completed be made a "STICKY". So that future newbies of this site can refer to it?

Any help is greatly appreciated. The more posts the better...

Cheers HI PSI

I was informed by Petroject head office, that after many queries and actually flow testing them, they cam to the conclusion that the 341/342 (offset outlet) is the correct pump for our cars.

In saying that, I have had 2 walbro 341 pumps fail in the last 12 months, so I am trying a new one from the WOG. Flows 10ltr/hr more.

Can't remember the name of it, but it is almost identical to the 341, but the gears inside are cut like triangles and not like knuckles in the walbro. It is as quiet as the factory pump.

PM me and I will try and set you up.
