hanra how much would you want for the other cat, the crappy one?

I have a mate who has a N/A BA and his Cat has collapsed and he needs a new one.

let me know on a price if u want to get rid of it and I'll pass on the info to him.

im also looking at replacing my cat at the moment too, so the x-force one seems like a good option. How much did it cost to get your cat fitted?

Cat fitted yesterday with a X-Force Stainless Y-pipe from the cat to rear flange in front of mid muffler. $310 all up.

ok, have got to the bottom of this....

Edit: I have found one Claim for the 54309M (M for metal) flowing 408 cfm however this is still far below the stock exhaust systems flow of 560 cfm so still not worth bothering with......

Just wondering where this 560cfm number came from did someone actually do some testing somewhere? also is this for the stock XR6 exhaust or for a BF mkII typhoon exhaust?

I am thinking about getting a catco metal cat but can't see the point in going to big if the exhaust isn't up to it. I would difently oversize it by 200cfm more than the stock exhaust though. The more it flows the less resistance it has at a lower cfm (flow) rated exhaust which means maximum possible power out (flow) of that exhaust.
