Hey Grizzly. I got No 284, same issue, obviously a new headlight fitter on that day :gaysex:

What do you mean by the headlight not lining up, my driver side headlight squeaks when I wash the car, is this the same thing....

mine being 141 the builder may have been on holiday for a few weeks between them....

Hi bigmat. Mate if the headlights are put in wrong they have a gap along the bottom of the light up to 1 cm that you can put your pinky under. They fix it under warranty wiyh no drama, it;s happened to quite a few

Guys - looks like a few of us are having bad eye sight on our cars... poor things are partly cross eyes... :)

Have had my Rspec for about a month and it has been off the road for the past week and a half...

There was some dust/defects under the paint so being all fixed up, and a few other smaller things one of which is the headlight/front bar not being lined up..

The panel guys looking at the paint said its not the bar - but in fact the headlight, funny thing is my head light seal is stuffed as well and they are replacing it, so the service guys are going to replace it and get the panel shop guys to make sure its aligned... lucky for me they are both at the same location!!!

Love Alto - St Leonards!!!

We have silhouette R Spec 279 in the collection. It lives in Bris Vegas. It wouldn't start on Sunday and just had the indicator stalk replaced under warranty today. Headlight is nice and straight from the factory

Well - picked it back up today, and the headlight has been replaced due to leak... however they were unable to align it any better, both the service guys, and the panel shop removed the front bar, and head light, had a go but no go...

We took a further look and it seems it may be due to the Air pipe running directly behind the light and into the front bar...

Sadly for me no go...

Looks like it is common on the BF's as well... Not just BA's... (yes I know basically the same but just for the people that may say otherwise...)

I have a thread on here about my headlight. It was a missing bolt on the bottom of the headlight. If you look through the top grill side on at the headlight you will be able to see if it is lined up properly. You can see the black plastic of the light where it meets the cars body work. It should look like this || but mine looked like this /| if you understand what I mean. Because the bottom bolt was missing the bottom of the light was sitting away from the body work. Also if you run your finger underneath the front of the bonnet over the headlight there should be a noticeable gap. Before mine was fixed it was almost touching.

Man that is hard to type when the god damned space bar only works after 3 to 5 hits!!!!
