A bit larger than my hand. Just sits on the wall watching you. Harmless as long as you make sure the light is on and you can see the farker.Huntsman story number 2. Boxing day about eight years ago my ex father in law was putting some empties in the recycle bin thought he would lower them in so as to not make too much noise and this giant hairy looking spider leapt onto the side of his face. Needless to say he looked like he has seen a ghost the colour drained from his face that quickly. Don't think his hangover helped either.I was ROTFLMAO

We went into the garage, under rocks and anywhere we thought spiders were. We would get 2 put them in a jar and watch them battle it out till there was one winner. That winner would then have to defend his tittle.. In the end we killed them all hehehe..About 2 years ago I bought a Bird Eating spider as a pet... It was a female and when spread out it was the size of my hand, which is pretty big (cough, cough) It was awsome watching it rip into a cricket...Now I dont kill them I just leave them alone and I am the go to guy to get rid of them in the house...Just a tip for those big hairy ones, instead of killing them use a hair dryer to push out the house.. that's how they make spiders 'act' in movies..Mike
