I am currently waiting on my flash tuner with generics to arrive, so in the mean time I though I would prepare for it. So far I have gapped the plugs to 0.8 mm and fitted a lower temp high flow thermostat and cleaned the boost solenoid. Trans cooler will go on next week. Is there any thing else I should do except wait for the goodness to arrive??? I will be getting the AFRs checked the day it arrives to.

A good synth oil would be a good idea if you are not already running one.

Yeah oil change and filter, turbo filter screen and fuel filter would also be a good idea to. What sort of air filter you running? While your working on the car, when was the last time you cleaned the throttle body?

yup, cleaning the TB and resetting the TPS (throttle position sensors {or similar} - foot to the floor on the loud pedal with the ignition off, turn engine over a few times, it will reset the TPS). maybe clean out the air filter if you're not replacing it

Running a K&N pod just under the pass side headlight. I haven`t cleaned the throttle body yet but will do tomorrow. Car only has 45k on the clock.

k, I've gone over all of the piping that would be affected by the extra boost and tightened the clamps up. a lot of people need to change the clamps from the 'clamping' type to the screw type (mine have already been changed but, would be a good idea if you need to)

*running out of ideas...*

Annnnd? I bet it will be grubby! If its done that many ks id also be re-torquing the exhaust manifold bolts. Check for missing ones, also check for loose/missing dump pipe brace bolt.
