Protection wasn't applied and the tint was bubbled... took it back for them to do it properly, got it back with a huge scratch down the side of car. They denied they scratched it, however after heated discussions they agreed to repair the vehicle (car was in off the floor condition, and now it still is). Tint still has tiny bubbles in some sections, but they won't be touching the car ever again.Window had a crack in it, so got it replaced, whilst being replaced they snapped the wiper surround, its replaced with new one, car was left with glass shards on dash, and some had fallen on floor.TPS failed, was replaced without a hiccup under warranty, drive in and out in 45mins, perfect service, so there are people that are great! Why oh why can't people get things right the first time? It fits one way, it comes off one way, how can this be hard?In my industry, IT, there are several ways to fix a problem (which is a right pain in the arse), though if I screw something up, I can potentially take out a company for a period of time, this as you can imagine is very bad! I'm a professional and this doesn't happen to me as I pay extra attention to what I am doing. In my company if you stuff up or are incompetent, you get walked out the door. Not going to name companies as in the end it was all resolved, I just want to experience a smooth sailing operation from now on in... sh*t if I had the equipment I'd do it all myself!end of tanty! Some people have a full brain that they use and get it right most of the time whilst the people with half a brain, no brain at all or sh-t for brains usually have to fu-k it up in some way. I see it every day. Edited 21/01/08 12:10 PM by turbotrana

For example how to start a lawn mower!I had one guy that we did a job at his house to dig up his yard to put down these water tanks anyways after it was done had the turf replaced I had been watering it and looking after it finally he comes down to his holiday mansion and says his grass has diseases and is dieing because it was gray and a person at Bunnings told him that this could be the problem so then he was making out I was a knob head and I didn't no what I was doing got me to ring up the people I got the grass from and find out what was wrong with it so I did that they said go have a look at it for various different things. So I get to the joint go over to the grass and stuck a screw driving in the ground and it turned out to be dry, looked at all the other grass and it seemed fine apart from the fact it hadn't had a decent water.I go to this guy did you actually water it? He goes "Yeah I watered it" I go wait a sec mate come have a look showed him it was dry and showed him how to water the grass.I felt like he was treating me like a lower sorta person and that I was stupid because I'm 17 and do part time laboring well guess who looks stupid now.Anyways hope I haven't bored your brains out sorry I tend to blab. I can vouch for that, as the sticker says sh*t happens. I busted an airline full of paint, luckily it was on my driveway not the customers !!!
