EvilDaifu,

Are we going to cruise down as a group?? if so should we make a meeting point?? say KFC on the Western Fwy before the West gate bridge?? also, what is the time lines e.g. how long do we have to leave our cars there, what time do we get there etc, etc.

Regards

Hi TUFXRT6,

Well yep we ought to cruise down their together. Not sure if anyone else is using the KFC as a meet point that morning (lotta Fords ought to be cruising down to Geelong maybe :spoton:) but that sounds more convenient to me now since you are coming along :roflmbo:

So, lets make it the KFC just before the West Gate Bridge outward bound - departure 7am. I'll update the first post soon and contact the guys who have shown interest in this thread personally (if I can) so they know.

deek has kindly donated the use of a marquee etc :spoton: and TURBOBF has kindly offered to carry it down and back in his ute :spoton:

Lookin forward to it :w00t2:

Will check how long we have to leave cars there for if indeed you do. If anyone else would like to comment, please do. deek was tellin me that at the end of the day, they mustered everyone up to have the longest cruise out the gate :surrenderwave: But I will also contact Kiwanis about that. Sort of makes sense cos it sounds like to me it would take a long time to drive your car out if there are people everywhere!

Hi Guys,

Just an update from Kiwanis

Kiwanis say they have around 900 car club cars booked in now.

The show is advertised til 4pm. The trophies are being presented around 2:30. They prefer people to stay until at least 3 pm.

Looks all good :stirthepot:
