Excuse my ignorance as I really only have the vaugest idea of what a IC does, but is there not some kind of machine that could at high pressure blow hot gases IE air into one side and measurements be taken at the otherside. That then opens a can of worms up to differences in the tune. That will also drag out the process. I doubt it could all be done in a day.Senna, I wouldn't be offering my car up to have a handful of different coolers bolted to it and then get stuck straight into power runs...It could get very messy.Is there such a thing as a test bench for intercoolers that will measure flow, pressure drop and inlet/outlet temps?
