Hmmmm I find the stuff that what you use works for me until my body gets used to it then I change to a different brand that seems to do the job, save yourself money and buy the cheap ones they have exactly the same stuff in them.

I have never really been able to get rid of hay fever I have been able to limit its affect but that's about it.

All I can say is take some stuff and change the brands regularly and avoid windy areas with lots of trees.

And having a unblocked nose and a clear airway avoids the pollen getting lodged in there and making your day worse.

But in the end you just have to live with it. If others haven't had hay fever its like a mild torture biggest pain in the ass ever.

I used to take Telfast, claratine and all the other tablets, but they seemed to loose effectiveness after a short while.

I am now using a over the counter spray called Rhinocourt. There is also a stronger perscription version, but this solution has been working fine for a couple of months.

Give it a go as it has made my life easier.

I get hayfever really bad telfast 180 work a little but recently I have tryed Rhinocort worked wonders for me. Also I dont know if anyone said this I didnt read the other posts but you can go to your GP and he can test you and find out what your reacting to. Then he can gice you a shot against most things always worth a shot. Hayfever is the worst good luck dude.

thanks guys, I might have to give this Rhinocourt I shot. Yesterday we had big north easterly winds here in perth. It blows all the pollen and god knows what else in from the wheat-belt area and for those that get hayfever its a nightmare.

I was thinking of going to an allergist as well. Apparently they carry out some tests and narrow down exactly what’s affecting you then start feeding it to you in small doses over a 6 month period so your body can build up a tolerance to it. thanks again.
