There are about 50 of these units in service and nobody has had the problem you predicted...but as you said some people know it all.KevWell you have offered no suggestion to rectify the problem. The whining is certainly not an isolated case from subsequest posts.The best thing to help the problem is to feed the return line back to the tank (not the surge tank) and to have an intank pump that can supply around 5l per minuite fuel at 0psi to the surge tank.You make up heat sinks for the pump. The way the pump is mounted with rubber covering a portion of the pump impedes the pump getting rid of heat.The surge tank and pump will also absorb heaps of heat from summer heated roads which does not help either.The Nizpro setup has merit as the intank setups keep the pump cool.
