I think 350 - 360rwkw would be a safe bet on around 15psi but you may have to get your actuator/flapper valve modded as well to control boost :spoton: Who's doing the tuning???

morpowa in s.a wots the deal with this actuator/flapper valve is it something u have to do or sometimes its ok

Flapper valve:

The standard Turbo with increase exhaust and intake flow will overboost, once flow is increased past a certian point the standard Flapper valve cannot flow sufficient air away from from the turbine This results in boost creep.

http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...&hl=flapper shows sort of a way around it I guess or you can just buy a bigger flapper valve... not completely sure but I think u can get them for around 100 or less but dont quote me, and im not sure where from

You can get 350 with less gear than what you have ,but as you know, the only thing to hold you back is the exhaust.

350 easy

280 @ 10-11 psi unless you get the actuator replaced

Youngy made 400+ rwkws on std turbo / wastegate / actuator.

Having said that the actuator and flapper have been modified on his new auto ute since the turbo came off.
