Orions WHAT!!!!???? that sucks, I`m quitting!

we went to Tokyo today, very cool, there is just so much of it though! tonight we are going to a street racer hangout called daikoko futo, it a big carpark where everyone meets before going out to race on the wangan highway - very exciting! :RBSIGN: :3gears:

Hey Dilon, its not too hard toget here mate, not as expensive as everyone says, as long as you like doing things the Japanese way, if you want to eat, sleep and travel like we do in Australia, that's when it gets very expensive! We are staing in the equivalent of say, Broadmeadows in relation to Melbourne - or Liverpool to Sydney, its about a 30min train ride to the centre of tokyo, and the trains are extrememly efficient!

ok, off to get some ramen for lunch - sayonara! :spoton:

I should be able to up-load some pics tomorrow night, will have plenty of Auto Salon pics.

We walked past a Nissan dealership the other day, they had signs for the GT-R but no car there, we were so excited when we saw the sign! :bangcomputer:

anyway, apparently alot of tuners have cars now, so I should be able to find at least one to sit in!

always PC :stirthepot:

OK, haven't had an update for a little while, so here goes!

Tokyo auto salon was awesome! itis absolutely huge and there is just sooo much to see! we saw a few tuners, got some pics and video too, heaps of tuners have R35 GTR's now, most of them have done Titanium exhausts, replace the seats with Bride items, and tuned the computer, they are making around 525hp ATW with these mods, and are rediculously quick, Mines set-up costs around 20 grand! apparently they have had quite a few orders from Aus and NZ, also the US - its to expensive in japan atm.

ZAP F6 - yes you will fit in an R35, snug, but still very comfortable, my mate got in one at Daikoko Futo, he is about 6ft tall, I will get in one this week when we go to the GT-R Salon :spoton:

Today we went to Tsukuba Circuit :w00t2: It was a Grip/Drift track day, saw plenty of big power GT-R's and RX-7's. We had a chat to a few of the drifters who were very impressed at "Gaijins" knowledge of the Japanese tuning parts they used, and our interest in their cars and drifting techniques. We befriended a young drifter - Koda-san - who owns a very neat Toyota Chaser, running a 1JZ 2.5L with Blitz and Greddy hardware.

Again, everyday we are just loving this place more and more, tomorow we will be going to another circuit called Honju, for a drift day :spoton:

Sorry about no pics, but I have about 250+ photos just from Tokyo Auto Salon, and haven't had a chance to go through them all! If I get a quiet night, I'll upload a few

Cheers,

Pat
