Reminds me, I've seen brembo look alike brake plates on ebay... that's a new level of low....

nothing wrong with a bit of styling though... painting them doesnt mean u wish they were brembos...

How? It just looks a sh*t load better then undercoat grey like mine. If you put a big brembo sticker on the side then maybe.

So putting blue stripes on a white car isn't trying to copy a Cobra, it just simply looks better :bangcomputer: .

if their not brembo's.... dont make em :spoton:

Totally agree.... if I were to do anything I would clean them up and give them a semi polish with a mini air grinder I have and just paint the brake pad backing plate for the aftermarket pad look.

Can you buy the paint in the deep red like the OEM brembo colour, I have a set of calipers that turned up badly chipped as the dumb yank threw all the pads & calipers in the box loose.

No, covering it in cobra badges and going around saying it's a cobra then yes. Don't get me wrong, I hate people that mock things up to be something there not I just don't see painting your calipers as a big deal. I'm going to paint mine red as I think it will look good on a red car, I'm not doing it to try and pass them off as brembo's because any idiot would know there not.

BROTHERR!!

the most attractive thing to do to stock calipers I reckon is hit them with a wire-wheel and then a buff.

get them fockers shining hard it looks a million bucks.

not I big fan of painting the back of the pads, it looks better when its broken up a bit instead of just a clump of red behind the wheel. it takes 2secs just to scrunch up some news paper and stick it there

by the way....who has painted the WHOLE caliper part as in those side bits included instead of just the middle part of the caliper/brake

I was a bit scared to paint it because I didnt know what they do or if I COULD do it
