Has anyone masked up the actual brake pads when they painted their callipers, rather than spraying the exposed bits red too? Is it even noticeable or is there no point going to that level of masking up..

It takes approx 2hrs all up. Would be glad to help.

You may wish to do a different color to red as your car is red...

Cheers mate, I think red will look good if it dosn't theres not really any other colour that would look better on a venom T. Gold mabey??

I did, but I pulled all the calipers off, I painted them grey and they look really good

Got any pics of yours painted grey?

When I put on my new rims I used merguiars hot wheels product to clean up my calipers and they came up nice and clean. Just wondering how they look painted.

Painted my brakes over the weekend, pulled them off, pulled them apart, degreased and clean them.... and its on a siluette (black T), I didn't paint the hubs as I am getting some slotted disks in the next few weeks. This is the result.....
