Ford can tell on BF's> if they have been edited.

BA's I think are ok, but you should not edit your car and expect Ford to foot the bill if you blow up the driveline.

There are stack of non performance mods you can do to make your car different.

Myself, I have blacked out the front of the car, converted the interior to LED lighting and done the suspension.

You can also play with the Audio, bling up the engine bay and also the paintwork if you want.

While modding the motor will give you a great power boost, it can cost a lot and end in tears if you break something.

The reason I ask is during xmas I have received a K&N filter for my car, I have opened up the box & it states that this air filter/product does not void the warranty should I trust it? or as I have done just put in & swap it around when its due for a service?

that will come down to your dealerships service dept, some are pricks, some are cool, I've never seen a K&N void a warranty claim at my work, so you should be safe with that

that should be alright just make sure you keep a clean stock filter to put back in when it's service time and tell them you replaced it yourself otherwise they will charge you for a new filter you don't need
