Outlander

During the reign of the Vikings, Kainan, a man from a far-off world, crash lands on Earth, bringing with him an alien predator known as the Moorwen. Though both man and monster are seeking revenge for violence committed against them, Kainan leads the alliance to kill the Moorwen by fusing his advanced technology with the Viking's Iron Age weaponry.

It was released last year but I never saw anything of it, dont think I've even seen it on the shelves....bloody good flick IMHO.:spoton:

Bita space :spacey: , bita dungeons and dragonsdragon.gif, bita lovin :cupid: , bita fightin :wtf: and lotsa Vikings!!! smiley_viking.gif

Ya cant go wrong...

The whole film to me is above par and handled extremely intelligently with no flaws or fallings that a film of this ilk could very easily have fallen in too and it has a very original concept, why I've never heard or seen anything about this film prior to watching it tonight is beyond me.

Watched Fast and Furious thursday night.. Awsome movie.. A few of my mates reckon its the best one yet.. A good mix of muscle and rice with a splash of euro to spice it up.. As usual hot chicks everywhere but the 'new' girl is mind blowingly hot..

Highly recommend goin to the cinema to watch it...

Also checked out Fast and Furious last night, was a good flick with good action, chicks, and some nice mucle and turbo's. Action was not watered down for censorship which was good! Wouldn't mine checking it out again but would be one of the best so far, followed by Tokyo Drift and the Fast and the Furious. (not mentioning 2Fast 2 Furious which was crap except for the prequel on dvd)

Went and saw it the other night at Macquarie, North Ryde.

Besides the usual, 'fully sick cool bro's' there, I was suprised to see many mature girls and boys go along to watch it as well (including myself).

Although the plot was so bad I felt it was sapping my brain cells as I watched it, the cars and some stunts were pretty good.

I thought Paul Walker must have had some acting lessons this time around, coz I have to admit, he was'nt too bad. I loved the amount of muscle car exposure we got this time around as well. mmmm Gran Torino... :stupid:

Whats everyones thoughts??

+1 for F&F4!

I also watched Slumdog Millionaire on the weekend too. I have to say it was a fuggin awesome flick! Really didn't think I would enjoy it, didn't think it was my kind of movie, etc, etc - but boy was I wrong! I can see why it got so many awards. Well worth a look - even if its not your usual cup of tea.

Watched "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" last night, needless to say I will be watching it again!

Great action from the start, good bit of comedy, a little romance for the the lovebirds  and obviously some really mind blowing special effects! I was a big fan of the first one so I was happy that Michael Bay did the second one, I wasn't dissapointed at all!

Definitely a must see on the big screen, but I will add it to the DVD collection when it comes out too.

Also saw Terminator Salvation a couple of weeks ago, didn't mind it at all actually. Not quite the same as the first two, but still lived up to the Brand I think, again, huge action all the way through and brilliant special effects...

I just saw Transformers this morning. Lots of action, lots of special effects and lots of Megan Fox running in a singlet top in slow motion. Couldnt ask for anything more really!
