Terminator Genisys was pretty good. 7/10. Worth a watch. Emilia Clarke does a good job of looking like Sarah Connor, not quite as tough as the original movies though. Arnie did it well as only he could. Decent action flick!

I just moved how much cheese Arny threw at it and how few f*cks he gave in the process! I thought it was excellent. And Emilia Clarke, 7/10 would bang.

Watched Ted 2 on Friday night

Laughed my head off the whole time, full cinema laughing with me made it even better

10/10 for crude humour and laughs

7/10 for following on from previous movie

Just watched that doco and must thank you for posting it!

TL:DR

Bloke replaces his processed sugar free diet of 2300 calories (he eats fatty food like bacon, avocado, nuts) with one made up of "healthy" and low fat foods like baked beans, fruit juice, Just Right cereal, low fat yoghurt etc. Same relatively low amount of exercise (30 mins a week or so).

Eats it for a couple months and gains 8kg, gains 10cm around the belly, becomes moody (sugar highs and lows throughout the day), early stages of liver disease and on the way to diabetes etc

Important point is he wasn't eating junk food, just foods high in fructose (part of processed sugars). Foods were approved by heart foundation type bodies too. Fats have been made out to be evil and replaced by sugars basically, and hidden in so many regular foods you think are good for you.

Check it out! The bloke does over act somewhat but the medical results in the blood work are what I paid attention to.
