Well as a few of you know my mate forced a cd into my premium sound and buggered it up....

Rang Fraud and was quoted between $500 - over $1000 depending on whats wrong with it.

I thought gosh it can't be that hard to get the cd's out if I can get to the stacker....SO...

Pulled the ICC out and had the whole thing apart. Used a sewing screwdriver to open up the stacker itself. From the back of the unit I managed to push out the jammed cd plus the others through the front opening.

Put it back together and presto!!!! Miracle!!!!

Now it did take most of the day (I'm very careful), but it saved me a tonne of cash and I have the satisfaction of fixing what the local ford dealers can't.....

I had mine replaced under warranty because I had the decals replaced 4 times, and for some reason they decided just to replace it. This suited me as the premo screen was badly scratched. And as you said, with a little bit of care you can save yourself a fortune by doing this yourself.
