I doubt anyone would care and if he spilled the beans on what happened it might help future TT drivers avoid the mistakes. Isn't that why pioneers do what they do? ZAP No boost, no bottle, just my foot on the throttle! Lifetime Members 7,935 Member For: 21y 10d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 20/12/07 10:26 PM Share Posted 20/12/07 10:26 PM I am not suprised he did his gearbox as he was running MT's and AWD. The power that TT was putting out it was only a matter of time before it went BANG.I would also think it ran NOS to get the beast off the line as quick as it did. It should not cheapen the effort though as it was a great effort and hopefully he will continue to develop the car.

As we know, a decent intake/plenum/cooler system, exhaust and fuel suply mods is all that's needed to make the late 06 motors produce big (high 300s) power... add in AWD, some awesome tuning allowing the car to leave the line on boost and it will do 11s.Hopefully the boys get back into it and go faster.
