Congrats Paul you will get what you want out of that thing, run better tyres and it is yours. This is the car you took me for a drive in yeah, I am trying to understand what a 12 or 11 second car is like?

Yes the same car.

it accelerates like a 11 second car but doesnt get off the mark as quick as my f6.

Nice one Paul, did you do anything with your tyre pressure?

I didnt even check them. Just drove there and raced it.

I ran a 12.9 @ 112.5 mph in my xr6t ute, 6 speed man

its got 326 rwkw dont know what im doin wrong..

what rpm are you changing gears at? I change just before its about to rev out that about 6100

I raced on stock 17s and managed a 60 ft of 2.1 all night

any tips?

try changing between 5100 and 5500 rpm.... this should be in your meaty range with more to go (ie your still climbing)... at 6100 your at the end of the range and past where all the meat is (ie your notclimbing any more).....

F6 UTE had a good write up about it... that's where he changed and ran 11's with about 350rwkw

good stuff mate anyone that's been in this car knows its a whole lot tuffer than the times down the quarter. keep up the good work
