What's involved?

Open drivers door, crack can stand back admire interior, scratch head, peel backing tape off place in cut-out in sile plate, crack another can stand back and admire new scuff plate.

Crack can go to passenger side open door stand back and have another gawk at the interior (dont get to see this side much so you might need another can) peel backing tape try to aline as best you can in the cut-out, crack can admire handy work........

Glad I asked!

Sounds involved ... is it outlined in the Owner's Manual.

What cans would you recommend?

I think it said XXXX in the owners manual. Apparently the series 2 BA will require a minimum of Tooheys New. Apparently this is something to do with the XXX tasting like Elks Piss.

I found Boags Premium helped get the plates on nice and square.

Once you have put both plates on you can sit in the back, after knocking the scab off another Boags and (with both front doors open) look down the sides of the front seats and admire workmanship from this angle too.

If you crack enough cans, the scuff plates will look straight no matter how you put them on.
