The Ford engineers believe they have overcome any form of torque steer with the Revoknuckle thing they have designed into the suspension. They also believe it can handle more power than 220kw. Developed byFord Racing Performance Parts (FRPP), the RS8 was a real show stopper atthe 2003 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). FRPP transplantedtheir new, aluminum-alloy, 420 HP, 5.0-liter 4-valve "Cammer" crate engineinto a Focus RS. However, in order to adopt this new power plant, the focus had to be converted to a rear-wheel drive platform. (If only there was roof for it)...In the meantime - got the girly the ST LV XR5, as a warm up/practice car just in case the RS ever comes... (Dont think it will but)...
