Get your fuel system set-up and then check if the standard regulator has enough flow to keep the fuel pressure within the correct levels, sometimes with the increased flow of a 044 pump you will find that the return/regulator cant keep the pressures down and they will creep up. I just went through this and I know this is affecting other cars out there with 044 pumps going into the standard regulator you just don't know about it if pressures aren't checked.

Thanks for the headsup frank, that could be the cavitation noises I get from the pump... (the whine changes pitch sometimes when its idling)

I know the tune is solid, so I don't think its low on pressure, the afr's are in the mid-11's so its not extremely rich. We'll see what adam says when the dump goes on and we can get the full potential out of the motor and turbo
