Big night last night, work this morning....

With the festive season here thought this might be useful info.

What is you best hangover cure?

When I had the cafe I would make myself a hamburger with egg & cheese and have that with a Banana, Mango & Apricot Juice - fixed it every time.

that's very true!

I always drink lots of water before I go to bed, it prevents the hangover, so u dont need a cure :beerchug:

I only drink Pure Blonde :spoton:

It's not so much a headache but more of a heavy head.

I think I need more :beerchug:

If I haven't drunk any water before bed and I have a hangover I just whip up some toast and Vegemite with a big glass of milk and I'm good to go.

But defiantly water before you go to bed is the best me thinks.

lots of water just before you go to bed and everytime you wake up is always good.. a few breakfast beers will do the trick..

greasy breakfast always helps as well

??? like what?? I've tried a fair few beers and all have given me a hangover if I drink them??

If you drink most of the beers made in Europe (and I mean actually made there, none of this wan*er beer that people buy here and think it is from over there - I.e - Heineken in a bottle...) they are made with no preservatives and they don't give you a hang over. It sounds funny, but you can drink as much as you like and feel fine the next day!

Try - Leffe Blonde, Leffe Brune, Tripel - Belgian and German beers are the way to go.

Also - for those who drink water before going to bed... try drinking cordial. The water hydrates you and the sugar gives you a nice energy boost and makes you feel better.
