JTXRUTE Member 24 Member For: 17y 7m 7d Posted 13/12/07 07:38 AM Share Posted 13/12/07 07:38 AM My best run is a 13.02 at 116mph and a 2.1 60ft I had my street 19's on and had heaps of traction probs. At the time around 330 rwkW. that's about 4 times out and cant crack into the 12's (Driver needs drag racing skills) Ahh keep at it. I'm sure experience is a huge factor. Bring on the winter. and a set of E/T'sCheers JT

You run an Extreme tune??? I don't doubt your power and the way it's tuned at all if you are.Are you running MT's yet? Best I could manage with ~310rwkw on street tyres was a ~12.3 @ 117mph, with a bit of practice. If in doubt, throw me the keys I'm going to take Toads car for a thrash as soon as I tell him I'm back in the Country ( to tell his clutch who's DBoss) .... What tyre pressure did you run?Cheers.
groper Member 611 Member For: 17y 9m 29d Posted 09/02/08 10:34 PM Share Posted 09/02/08 10:34 PM well I managed to finally get to a strip (at last) in townsville last night for my first ever try at proper drag racing... but the condtions were atrocious... 28deg at 9pm and 82% humidity according to BOM. it rained shorty after we left...best run I only managed 12.9 @ 117.8mph with a 2.2 60ft.the MPH was always consistant at 117 but the et times varied and went as high as 13.5...I need heaps more practice
