oops sorry must have touched a nerve there... I guess it is a lame first post.. you are right. :stupid: appologies

And also I realise that the effeminate/puffy/futuristic look will appeal to some people. What ever floats your boat, tiger. :gaysex:

I drive a nicely tuned and pretty quick ttg. :kissmy:

:bopp:

Minty, there is no need to give BArry grief.

The CX9 is a great car and demonstrates what current technology is.

The TTG is a fast SUV, but it lacks the refinement and quality of the Mazda.

You might want to geta few nice posts under your belt before you start giving grief

Apology accepted M!nty, I think the frustration of losing Barry has made me a grumpy ole fart :stupid:

I have had a lot of pressure from relo's and friends over the years about having a nice expensive car that just sits in the garage with a cover over it, and in reality they are probably right, I work 6 long days a week and usually spend the 7th running around in the ole sh!it box Landrover.

The missus will be retiring from work next month and it was pointless having 3 cars sitting around her.

She wont part with her car (SP23) because she only drives small automatics.

The CX9 is an expensive car too, but I intend to drive it everywhere and use it for everything, the TTG could have fulfilled my needs but I wanted as much room as I could get without resorting to a Landcruiser type vehicle where the handling becomes rolly polly soggy.

In a few years, when the kids have stopped draining me and moved out (21 and 24) and when I'm finished with the boat, I intend to cut back to one car, which will probably be mid sized , automatic, and very quick, I dont know what that will be, but I can guarentee I will look at the Fords first, Mazda second and maybe even Subaru, but no other brands interest me at this stage.
