Myself and others have run coolers on stock tunes with no affects at all, I have a PWR and have had no problems and DAT has used a Wog cooler for a few months before he got his tune done, cant see how just a cooler with no intercooler piping can make a difference in tune, during the heat of summer. I rekon go for it mate, I have a rear muffler changed to and K+N etc and have had no probs in the heat of the day or the coolness, havent seen an increase in boost yet.

When I installed my Process West Stage 2 intercooler, my tune became rich. Personally I would be putting it on a dyno just to check to make sure everything is running fine. Cheaper than a new engine

Hanra,

I installed my wogcooler and ubp when I was running generics, I overboosted and got valve float. I babied the car around for 3 weeks till I got the custom. I think most of my problems were due to the weak Valve Springs which I had on 8psi generic.

On 5psi stock you will go into limp because the flow sensore located on the UBP sensors more air flow then usual and spits the dummy.

I recommend if you do the cooler and UBP, prepare to drive off boost until the custom.

Yeh the cooler will just make it a little bit easier on the car in the heat, and wont really change anything, if u get it tuned before winter u shouldnt have any probs and get yourself a boost gauge and ull be right so u can monitor the boost levels.

That sounds like a plan, ill just fit the IC and leave the UBP till early next year till I get it tuned.

I would do them both at the same time as you already have the bumper off and the UBP will take you another 20 minutes to fit rather then the 2hours . that's my opinion.
