Do you think that would be because blankets are just easier to fit or do they have any benifits at all over heatshielding?I think it's known as wank factor. Do you think that would be because blankets are just easier to fit or do they have any benifits at all over heatshielding?remember this is a STREET CAR not a quarter mile racer that is only switched on for 30 seconds.... a bag is more suitable for race cars.heat shielding flows more air cooling the area and doesnt lock in heat causing damage to casts and bolts & what-not.Bags may look cool, but they have a purpose... and its not for a "street driven" vechile.
