I just looked up the original for sale add and remember when I first saw it I said to myself "that is a damn cheap car". With only 32,000 klms on the clock too!

That there is good buying, and I would imagine you wouldn't see too many with those options and low klms in that price range.

best cleaner ive ever seen is "shift it" I found it at auto one...great for vinyls and interiors too

and what is a good polish to get those little black dots (road tar grim stuff) off the car and give it a bit of protection. I'm thinking that new turtle wax clay bar stuff?

Trust me mate it wont be too long now. Ive come across some that are close to that mark maybe 2 or 3 grand more, but my car had a few minor things that needed addressing.The bumper had a few stone chips and the bonnet had a chip that was back to the metal but was smaller than a 5 cent coin,it also needed 2 new foglights.......anyway long story short josh and I negotiated a good deal that I think that both parties were happy.

What should I use to strip the remaining wax on the car?

Meguires #1 - paint cleaner ( it will remove waterspots too)
