PPL

A few months back Iconic Bionic had a run in with Domineli ford where his bonnet wat scratched. Well it appears that the monkeys have done it again.

The side skirt has a big deep scratch in it that I believe is from them taking out the dash. I only noticed it when I got home as I wanted to give the car a clean. I just thought it was a bit of dirt.

IB how did you go. Didnt they fill the scratch on your bonnet with something??

I am SOOOO over these guys. Ive had to put wires away from the centre console area as they wernt put away. I found a part in the car that I have no idea where it came from. Ive had to move the A pillar cover down to hide the gap between the pillar and the dash. The dash now does not sit flush with the left passenger A pillar.

NOT HAPPY

Sorry folks but I learnt my lesson with fraud, I take the day off work and wait for it, get there very early and tell them I am waiting,. Usually takes 2-4 hours that's it.

I second Liverpool mate, Pat is a top bloke and will help book it in...

Mate honestly if there was a service manager out there with his head screwed on right they could be racking up the cars from here to Perth.

Problem is they are controlled by bottom line, Fraud service spends thousands of dollars on this "Nobody know your Ford like Ford Service" campaign, and you take your can in there with a problem and you have to help them diagnose the problem.

Pat there is a real niche market out the for a High performance ford waranty shop like the old days of the Ford Super Roo.... Talk to your people your young and you are getting the numbers up on the board. Put a plan together and take it to the top of the pyramid.

Ford Australia doesn't know what Customer Service is.... if you have ever owned a New Toyota, Hyundai, Audi or almost any other overseas manufacturer you would know what I am talking about.

There is big money to be made in good old fashion service... It's not that hard all they have to do is care about what they are doing and have the passion for the blue oval.

Theres my 2c I'm going back into my hole...

Go back, and make a scene champ! Ask to speak to the service manager, and let him know you aint happy with the work performed.

Good luck, let us know how you go.

I completely agree with everyone, robbo that sux dude!!! like ms700 said, make a scene and get them to fix the damage, I wouldn't be too concerned with getting them to fix the other issues, I can help you with that, let us know how you go - they oughta pay!!!

So what is the deal with Ford regarding warranty work anyway!?

Are they encouraged to take on warranty work by Headquarter's,

OR;

is it a case of anything that come's in the door come's out of that franchise's pocket, hence their reluctance to do a good job/spend money for part's on a particular car?
