Definately still want to do it mate, I have the complete set-up on paper, now I just gotta get it into the car, money - as always - is the deciding factor!

The ones off the GTR are pretty good so I would assume he will use them.

For the VL that is, Got NFI about the XR

for the XR I would use Garrett 3071's. Internally gated for the space and price factor. Twin 3" exhausts, just so its loud!

The 3071's are slightly smaller than the commonly known HKS 3037. They are really responsive and are usable on 1.5-3.0L engines. The mid-range will be nuts!

The VL has taken a different direction and is now going BIG single, most probably Turbonetics GT-K 1000. The same turbo used on XR_Adam's Ute

Senna T.

I think that would be an awesome idea if you could twin turbo, If you set it up right and were able to increase the low down power and reduce the current turbo lag. I think two hks gtrs turbos would be a good idea, two 400hp turbos which come on full at 2500rpm. tight for for room but alot simplier than creating a sequential set up. With research and development and a high mount split manifold it would be possible, expensive, and cane most other ford T with the same peak power output.

Cheers for the input matt!

I was leaning towards the Garrett 3071's from a cost efficiency point of view. The GT-RS are an awesome turbo, but quite expensive too. For the issue of space I would make the manifolds one up, one down (more straight than down so to speak). This would also give some more room for the dump pipes.

Arrgghhh! If only more people were buying cars! I could start this project much sooner
