How deep are the scratches?

Jim from the forum polished mine with a PC screen cleaner and it came up nice, give that a try first.

Then get a can of Plexus, it's a plastic screen polish they use on aircraft screens, and I use it on my helmet visor. Works a treat, it fills minor scratches with a waxy sort of coat and brings it up like new. Doesn't smear, it's like Mr Sheen but for plastics.

Just be careful with polishing the screen - they have an anti-glare coating, and it is this that scratches so easily.

If you use any polish, better remove the complete coating then, but it will make the screen appear "glossy"
