Power Or Looks

Power for me.

I haven't even lowered my ute or changed the factory rims.

Other than the intercooler it looks totally stock.

If you can have both then that's great. Personally I cant justify the expense. A different set or wheels is ok, but I can't see myself going the full blown tranny option like alot of people.

Horsepower ...............if your cars got that it doesn't really matter what it looks like. Ie every mat black muscle car every bolted together....

any car looks good when theres smoke pouring from the rear tyres.

I say power, even just a flashtuner with a custom tune and get the looks done too.

these flashtuners are getting cheaper every day.

A good point. So power might be a tad more exspensive than 4k. I think BFHOONS on to somthing, mabey just a flash and the rest on looks for now.

I went for power first... Edit, custom tune... then I did looks, 19's, lowered etc... Now im lookin at more power mods... When I got the edit, yeah it was faster but I never got any looks... Now people gawk at my car as I blow them away....

I have noticed from modding my motorbike that very few people notice the bling mods, unless they are a real enthusiast who actually recognizes a non stock bit of kit.

Power mods on the other hand are noticed by many more people. Especially if you just left them behind. Your car will get the tag 'sleeper'. The cops will leave you alone if you don't modify the look too much either as it will just blend in like any other XR except possibly for the slightly louder than usual zorst note.

Whats more, you will really apreciate the power up mods every time you push the right pedal down, more so than a bling mod which you kinda just don't notice after a while. that's my personal experience anyway.

Leave the bling mods for the try hards!
