You might want to look on ebay, might pick one up there.

BTW we are always looking for dot matrix/tractor feed printers at work as we use them a lot for data recording. They are getting harder to find too, secondhand junk corners at computer shops are usually our only chance these days of finding them!

Do you know that you can buy 2,254 floppy drives for the rec retail price of an XR6T??? And $5 change!

Of course you could negotiate a better price if you want that many ;)

I do volunteer work with a Computer Refurbishing Mob...cos we live in the Scottish Town in Australia(Maclean) all we get donated is old 386's and 486's...(Damn scottish Tight-Arses)...the point being we have 5 1/4's out our ears.

I think I can help you.

I have a couple of them too in the garage, maybe I should open up a store or have a mega garage sale :)

Couldn't have said it better myself, Dave ... "You go girl!"

Go Ken Go Ken Gooooooo

I wouldn't be at all unhappy with a floppy that measured 5 1/4" ... what do you think that would equate to as a "hard drive"?
