I would love to see a back to back comparo on all the coolers.

Kev, I think you have thrown down the gauntlet here, it's time to back up those statements.

I will supply any/all of my products for an indepenant test. Bring it on I say.

BTW....My BF will be back on the road soon. Ive purchased an Innovate data logger. I will have it hooked up with a heap of sensors to measure intercooler performance (pressure drop, temps and a few other things).

I will be taking the car to drag strip and also the circuit (the real test). Watch this forum.

Kev

I don't say much, but after a hard drive there was a 50 degree C diff between my tappet cover and my plenum.

I have all the Process west bizzo. Plenum, I.C. etc

Tells me it works Damn good or better.

anyway the cooler will have to wait as my tranny just sh*t itself. no 3rd or 4th gear. I even had a tranny cooler on it. oh well. there should be a topic to warn people once you start modifying these cars expecting everything to fail. I have cai, injectors, valve springs, fuel pump and its flash tuned. Since those mods my cat died, so I chaged the whole exhaust, with an extreme force exhaust 2.5 dual. now my tranny has died. I dont have any money to fix it but the people I deal with are fixing it and I can pay them later. I have to say I am little sour on fords at the moment. its the first time I have bought an aussie car. I use to have nissan 200sx and I have to say I only had minor problems with it. but I am not giving up.

There are plenty of threads on broken bits.

When you start running decent power through a car stock parts are going to fail.

Did your 200sx put out near on 300kws at the rears, if it did I bet you would have broken bits too.

nah, save a couple hundred more and get a Monza cooler if not something better from Plazmaman or Process West.

The f6 cooler is really not much better than the stock T one...
