Typhoon Intercooler Vs Xr6t Intercooler

I have an ba 03xr6t auto making 290rwkw. I wanted to know is it a good idea to change the stock intercooler to a typhoon intercooler. is there much difference. reason I ask is can get one for $400 fitted.

Only slightly bigger... you should be able to get the bigger bolt on monza/wog type cooler for under 400 from ebay. They arnt the best but better than both the stock ones

so I think its best to save my money and buy a good quality intercooler like a Plazmaman

those plazmaman coolers cool and flow very well no matter what one u get with the plaz core in it you cant go wrong.

if you want to spend a little less have a pm with rapid. he does good work also.

How I wish an indepenant comparision/test was done with the Plaz intercooler core Vs my intercooler core. If the core that Plaz uses was better I would use the same supplier as him and supply it in my kits.
