Ba Xr6t Manifold

Hi all,

My daily drive an EB Fairmont on LPG, wanting to get sum boost into it, does

the XR6T exhaust manifold bolt up to the 4 litre EB head ?

If anyone know's please let me know as may get one cheapishhh

No mate the ports are different unfortunatly... be good if they were a straight bolt on though.

I looked into this for my EF a little while back, the port spacing is the same but the holes for the bolts are in different locations, I'm guessing you could probably weld a EA-AU head plate on the BA manifold but an after market log manifold will be around $500 and at that price I'd just buy one of them rather than stuffing around.

I no this because there is a guy on ebay selling Turbo manifolds, not just a home job but very good one welds inside and out of the pipe. I forget the specs but my bro got one for his ea and it has the hole for the bolts bigger and and more horrizontal to fit my T havent tried it though.

When the guy advertised these he advertised them a ea, eb, el, ef, au, ba, bf unifit. so im guessing it will fit. they were goin for buy I now price for $795. when I get the specs and pics ill post them up so you can have a look at what I mean.

That would be snort performance.

That is the manifold I have for the BA motor in my EA.

I dont think I have any pics handy at the moment.

Hi Guys,

thanks for all the replies, wish it did fit !! ahh well, will look

into Snort performance and see whats available, I shot them an email

see if they have any cheapo log type manifold that they could

knock up as I don't really want to spend big bucks on this car, just

enuf to wake it up a little hehehe ...
