Go to bunnings and get 2 1 inch leg rubbers for a chair.Loosen the clamp on the inlet side of the turbo. Loosen all four clamps at the cross over pipe. Remove the two nuts behind the cross over pipe (10mm) remove the BOV vacum pipe and then your cross over should come off.Now you will need a big arse pair of pliars to remove the BOV piping off the cross over pipe. ( turn the cross over pipe up side down so the "turbo intercooled is on the ground) Fit leg rubbers over the holes from that the BOV pipe once used. Re used the clamps and fit them back over the leg rubbers and do the first paragraph in reverse Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Boost acts against the side of the piston not the bottom therefore it opens under vacuum only.You can do what dule mentioned on std boost.
