Here is some more speculation for you; take it or leave it until it is confirmed either way

Story doing the rounds at the moment is Tander leaving HIV/TOOL team and going to HRT. This could be interesting if Skaife stays as Tander and Skaife don't like each other so would Skaife like being number 2 to Darth if he wins the championship.

So with Skaife and Uncle Tom disliking each other and Darth and Skaife not liking each other it's hard to see a happy working group .

Correct; this is what was posted to a similar comment on the source forum:

Skaife only owns 2 level 1 licenses , Umcle Tom owns everything else , cars, transporters, all the gear and the people who work for HRT.

If Skaife were to leave he could sell them for approx $1.5 mill each and then go and drive for JDR or BJR.
