Hey Guys,

Yesterday I put down my deposit on my first FPV/Ford

I ordered a BF MKII F6 Typhoon R Spec in Bionic Blue (even though the FPV website says it doesn't come in that colour, should make it unique).

Hopefully it will start getting built soon

The options I got are:

Sunroof

Reverse Sensing System

Adjustable pedals

F6 "R" Spec- inc. leather & ipod adapter

window tint, and if you want to include R Spec floor mats as an extra you can

I will be picking the car up on the 19th of Jan 08 as I have to wait till I am off my P's to get insurance.

I cannot wait to pick this car up, it will be my second car I have owned and a big step up from where I am now

Most of all I cannot wait to come on cruises and other events that I read about.

I will post some pics of the car in a few months when I get it.

yeh I thought they only came in Winter White, Lightning Strike, Vixen, Neo, Ego and Silhouette. But as I found out, if the dealer has a hold on it I guess he can choose the colour.

I put my deposit down yesterday and I have it all in writing that it is going to be bionic. The price difference was marginal with a standard F6 as you have to pay extra $900 for leather, so I thought stuff it ill get the R Spec.

Yeah I have been saving for some time now and I still live at home with the parents, and now that I've had a perm job in IT for over a year, it won't be a problem paying for it.

But for the next 2 months there will be a lot of waiting and towards the end I am sure a few sleepless nights

Does anyone know if I will be able to get my username changed as well?

I don't mean to put a dampner on your buz (nice choice by the way) but Bionic is discontinued, and no the dealer cannot spec it to an R-Spec, get on the phone to him straight away and get him to check what he is doing, if it comes out in Bionic I will eat my weight in humble pie, and that's alot! :spoton:
