Ripshift = noisy as faaark.Hi mate. I got a rip shift in my 5 speed (T5Z) and it has a rumble below 2000rpm. I sounds like some insulation has been removed from around the cnetre console area. Its quiet but I did put alot of gooey silicon around the base to seal it up... I find it works well, I can change fast enough to keep on boost/front of the car up.
