Turbo timers are illegal by the way, not that anybody cares but some people are unaware of this.

I think you'll find that they are legal, just that your insurance will be void if your car is knocked off with one fitted.

No need to fit one anyway as has been said before.

ive got a turbo timer connected to my car, my insurance company didnt care about it, and I only ever turn it on if I have been giving my car a hard time and I cant sit and wait for it to cool down for a bit. if im just goin to the shop to get a movie or something it stays off.

in this example is it still an okay idea for me to have a turbo timer, or was it a complete waste of $200??

is there actually anything with the turbo timer that damages or could cause damage to the XR6T with the exeption of wasted fuel?
