Turbos spin very fast and you don't want to cut the oil pressure to the turbo if it's still spinning flat out.

I bought it because I haven't owned a turbo car previously and I don't like sitting in the car for any period time when I have to go somewhere, I know you only have to be there for about 30 seconds...Turbo timers are illegal by the way, not that anybody cares but some people are unaware of this. Take that oil pressure away while the turbo is still spinning flat out and you'll increase wear and ultimately shorten the lift of your turbo. Was just alluding to the fact that the turbo timer topic is up there with the plane on a conveyor belt dilemma....both have taken up plenty of bytes and there's still no defined outcome, just plenty of opinions. But never mind, carry on, as you were. Do a search if you want some mind-numbing reading.
