Well I finely got of my backside today and fitted the cooler, all I need to know now is it the top or the bottom pipe that is the return to the box, and what oil do I top up with.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Doesn't the bumper stop all the airflow to that position???

Did you run it in line with the radiator or seperately. If seperately how did you get to the bottom Auto Radiator line off the radiator....it's VERY tiny down there....

There will be some airflow from the lower intake and he has cut some hole in the inner plastic guard which will help.

Attaching a small thermo fan that comes on when the tranny fluid gets hot, is a good thing as well.

So what sort of oil temps would you call hot??

Thanks Kissy, I will connect it up this weekend, inline with the factory cooler

It is an 04 BA 4 speed and I am waiting for the fan to turn up so I can fit it, I was thinking of removing the fog lights and fitting the black inserts that they put on fhe Territory when they havn't got the fog lights fitted. then on the other side I could put the 2AI.
